Strategic Planning

We work with Board and Staff to implement long-range planning and operational goals of your organization.  Helping organizations to full-fill their mission, strengthen their foundation and plan for the next 3-5 years.  Our strategic planning process encompasses an environmental assessment, a high-level strategic plan, and an implementation and evaluation plan. 

Interim Management

We know that being in-between executive leadership can be extremely stressful for an organization.  We will work with you to provide interim guidance through this time until a new leader is in place.
